Join Ellen Donoghue, PhD of Ardent Nature to explore mindfulness practices that help us cultivate a lasting sense of resilience. Ellen shares how resilience helps us rebound after setbacks and feel more at ease with the ebbs and flows of life. Focusing on our connections to nature, we’ll do a mindfulness practice that helps release the grips of anger, fear, and judgment. Come discuss how resilience helps unleash the creativity and outside-the-box thinking necessary for addressing the most complex problems of our times!
