Hood River Yoga + Beer Retreat

A slower-paced retreat that soaks up the best of the Columbia Gorge – from outdoor adventures, to Hood River’s beloved breweries, and yoga in a hobbit hole! Join Mikki Trowbridge and fellow yogis for our third annual Yoga + Beer retreat in Hood River – four days and three nights of yoga, beer, and the Columbia Gorge!
We stay at the Society Hotel in Bingen, WA, just over the river from Hood River. The hotel has a spa onsite for guests (think soaking pools, cold plunge, and sauna), and a hobbit hole yoga studio. Most of our practices and activities happen on site at Society – and then we adventure off into Hood River and White Salmon for beer, meals, and river adventures.
