Powerful Tools for Caregivers

Powerful Tools for Caregivers series for family caregivers of adults with chronic conditions. This program helps family caregivers reduce stress, improve self-confidence, improve communication, balance their lives, increase their ability to make tough decisions, and locate helpful resources. This is a six-part class. To get the most out of the program, attendance at all sessions is encouraged.
