Weezy Ford is a songwriter from Portland, Oregon. She works alongside her partner, Mark Robertson (Harlowe) who produces and engineers her albums with home made analog equipment in his studio “Field Electric”. In November 2020, she released her first full length record titled Sugarcane.
“…There is a profound sense of artistic and spiritual liberation throughout Sugarcane; Ford’s talents for recognizing them and using them to her advantage make for an engaging follow-up to her debut EP.” She most recently released a handful of acoustic songs titled “All at once” recorded in 2020.
Small Paul is a Seattle-based band consisting of members of The Moondoggies (Hardly Art), All Star Opera, and Chris King & Gutterballs. Small Paul is a Rock band in the tradition of 60’s and 70’s Rock bands like The Band and Wings but with more contemporary influences as well. Heavy on the harmonies and groove. Small Paul has played with The Heavy Heavy, The Districts, TK & The Holy-Know Nothings, Kassi Valazza, and others. They’ve played Capitol Block Party (Seattle), Off-Beat Festival (Reno). They are playing Pickathon 2023, Timber Fest 2023, and Redding Roots Revival as well.
