Working at UPS used to provide a comfortable, middle-class life. But the company has spent decades eroding pay and working conditions and even trying to gigify jobs. Now workers are fighting back.

If the Teamsters and UPS don’t reach a contract deal by July 31, 2023, workers could launch the largest single-employer strike in American history. 340,000 UPS workers would walk out nationwide.
